Cloud Build

I led UX for Cloud Build, Google’s CI/CD service, including the GitHub app launched in July 2018, which runs builds on every push and reports results inside the pull request. Later I led the experience for moving from Container Registry to Artifact Registry.

The setup flow had to account for people arriving with different combinations of GitHub accounts, Google Cloud projects, and billing accounts. This diagram maps those paths before returning the developer to GitHub.
